Decision Made
The authorities have made a decision — check your email for the result!
How to Check Your Status 🔎
Option 1: Check Your Email
We send updates to the email address you used when applying. Look for emails from our team — and don't forget to check your spam folder! Every major status change triggers an email notification.
Option 2: Email Us Directly
Send us your reference number at [email protected] and we'll give you a real-time update on where your application stands. We typically respond within 24 hours.

All updates go to the email you used during the application. Check your spam/junk folder too — sometimes we end up there!
Be Patient
Most applications are processed in 1–3 working days. If it's been less than 3 days, hang tight — the system is doing its thing.
