3. Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate and truthful info. If something's wrong with your application because of incorrect details, that's on you — but we'll do our best to help fix it.
4. Fees and Payment
Our service fee is separate from any official government fee. By using our service, you agree to pay the fee shown during the application process. See our Fees page for the full structure.
5. No Outcome Guarantee
We help you submit the best possible application, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome. ETA decisions are made solely by the UK authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for any losses arising from ETA decisions, travel disruptions, or delays caused by the UK authorities. Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid.
