When You Can Get a Refund
- If we haven't started processing your application yet
- If there was a technical error on our end that prevented your application from being submitted
- If you were charged more than once by mistake
When Refunds Aren't Possible
- After your application has been submitted to the authorities
- If your ETA is refused — we can't control the outcome
- If you provided incorrect information
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your reference number and we'll look into it. We aim to process refund requests within 5–10 working days.
Government Fees
Any fees paid directly to the UK government are non-refundable through us. You'd need to contact them directly for those.
